Commercial
Our public and private commercial projects are completed under contract with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the University of Virginia, the City of Charlottesville and other municipalities, as well as fellow contractors, corporate entities and individuals.
Many of our commercial projects require street excavation, grading, stone base work and placing base and surface mix asphalt. Some well-known Charlottesville destination locations such as the Glenmore Subdivision, Farmington Country Club, Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport, Peter Jefferson Place, Old Trail Village, University of Virginia, and Woodberry Forest are all locations where we have been privileged to work.Sample Projects
